World Human Capital Deployment Organization (WHCDO) or in French language: Organisation Mondiale de Déploiement du Capital Humain (OMDCH), is a Not-For-Profit Organization (NPO) registered in 2014 with Corporation Canada. The NPO was originally registered as Pan-African Human Capital Development Initiative (PAHUCADI) with Corporation Canada for the purpose of formalization of our activities of tackling human capital development both in developing and developed countries. Our initial activities were centred on objectives contained in our strategic roadmap titled, “Pan African Human Capital Development Initiative (PAHUCADI)”.
The Initiative seeks to work with stakeholders to address what the African Development Bank (AfDB) referred to as African demographic time bomb. According to AfDB, Africa will likely
become the most populous continent after Asia with 2.3 billion people by 2050 and will have the largest workforce by 2040 overtaking China and India.
PAHUCADI was built to fight systematic and structural causes of poverty with our strategies focusing on building framework and platforms complementary to existing Institutions that increase the chances of individuals transformation of Youths from human resource to human capital. One of the major activities we have carried out was taking delivery of donated and purchased textbooks from Canadian Universities and shipping them to Educational Institutions in the developing Countries.
(The ceremonious hand over of qualitative academic books shipped and donated to Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Anambra State Nigeria by World Human Capital Deployment Organization (WHCDO) Canada in 2017)
After our comprehensive study of world bank 2014 to 2016 world poverty reports, the name PAHUCADI was changed to World Human Capital Deployment Organization (WHCDO) which in French Language is Organisation Mondiale de Déploiement du Capital Humain (OMDCH) to reflect our new global vision of human capital Vision-2050 Project in both the developing and developed countries.
Between 2014 – 2018, our Team developed World Human Capital Deployment Organization (WHCDO) Human Capital Vision 2050 Project.
The Human Capital Vision 2050 is a roadmap of viable paths that will transform one hundred million human resources, otherwise defined by society as poor/unemployed/underemployed/unemployable to become human capitals. The potential 100 million human capitals are expected to plant minimum of 200 million trees, that is, each person to plant only two trees. At the heart of this project, is the deployment of majority of the transformed human capital as agents of change in their various Communities as WHCDO Ambassadors to impact others.
