U.S. Entrepreneurship & Business School Vision-2050 (USEBS Vision-2050) Project

This initiative focuses on fostering entrepreneurship and business management skills among African Americans, First Nations, and other minority communities in the U.S. Entrepreneurs and small business owners significantly contribute to the U.S. economy, generating around 44% of economic activity and employing nearly half of the private workforce. However, many minority entrepreneurs face barriers to accessing formal business education and management skills. The USEBS Vision-2050 project emphasizes the importance of life-long learning and advanced management skills to help these entrepreneurs create sustainable businesses, develop innovative products and services, and build wealth. The project also aims to bring accessible MBA-like training to entrepreneurs who cannot afford formal business school, helping them navigate a competitive business environment and contribute to the U.S. economy.

U.S. Build-Digital-Skills & Startup Ecosystem Vision-2050 (BDSSE Vision-2050) Project.

This project aims to reskill and upskill 50 million Americans with intermediate and advanced digital skills by 2050, focusing on underserved communities like African Americans, Indigenous people, and other minorities. By addressing the digital skills gap, the project aims to meet the U.S. demand for competitive digital talent, critical for national security and global economic competitiveness. Investing in digital skills is projected to significantly enhance workforce productivity and boost GDP, contributing to innovation in industries like fintech, AI, cybersecurity, and e-commerce. Digital reskilling of these communities is key to promoting diversity in tech and ensuring broader participation in the digital economy.

U.S. College Students Human Capital Vision-2050 (USCSHC Vision-2050) Project.

This project seeks to improve the human capital index of U.S. college students by applying the World Bank’s Human Capital Index measuring matrix, which focuses on knowledge, skills, and health. The Vision-2050 initiative aims to close gaps in education and personal development, preparing students to thrive in an increasingly dynamic and competitive global workforce. By enhancing human capital among college students, the project is designed to fuel long-term economic growth, innovation, and social mobility, contributing to a stronger and more resilient U.S. economy.
