Vision 2050 Targets

The WHCDO Human Capital Vision 2050 targets were developed following an extensive study and analysis by the WHCDO Study Group. This effort was grounded in the careful examination of projected global demographic shifts, the Global Human Capital Index, and emerging challenges posed by environmental changes. The team also leveraged comprehensive reports from leading global institutions such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the United Nations. These studies highlight critical areas for investment in human capital to ensure sustainable development in the face of evolving global dynamics. Vision 2050 focuses on proactive measures to address these challenges, prioritizing human capital development as essential for future resilience and global growth.
